Sidebars play an important role in websites to make relevant and related content accessible and prominent.

Fixed

Fixed Sidebars are very similar to Sticky Sidebars, except they have a full height background colours readymade. Simply flip to 'Design Mode' and select 'Block' to change the colour.

When you scroll down the page the Fixed Sidebar is fixed to the side of the page.

You'd select this Sidebar when you want your Sidebar content to be prominent such as for Menu with related links or forms to optimise conversions.

Collapsible

On mobile devices, this sidebar automatically displays in a collapsed state at the top of the page. When you click on it it will expand to show the full contents of the sidebar.

"Collapsibles are simple effects that allow you to expand or collapse content when tapped and are useful in mobile to provide a compact presentation of content."

Thin

This Sidebar is one-quarter of the main panel. This is considered a Thin Sidebar. If you would like a wider Sidebar select the Sticky Wide Sidebar form the Layouts Drawer.
